The episode opens in a Middle-Eastern style town.

There another kid is being pursued by the SWATbots!

The kid hides and can't be picked up on the SWATbot sensors - they decide to cancel the mission.

Meanwhile, at Sonic Underground HQ, Sonic is cleaning a very dirty Sonic Underground van!

Manic gets a message informing the Sonic Underground of the Queen's Royal Journal (hidden in the basement of the palace)

The Sonic Underground set off for the town of 'Tashahstan', (the middle-eastern town at the beginning) but Sleet and Dingo have beaten them to it!

Sonic and Manic, of course, want to go through the sewers - but Sonia prefers to use a disguise above ground.

Meanwhile, the kid is destroying more of Robotnik's bots.

Sleet and Dingo identify the kid as 'Rafi Ajani', of the resistance - wanted for destruction of surveillance bots.

Sleet turns Dingo into a surveillance-bot, so that he can find Rafi.
(Robots don't bounce back when hit, but he will!)

Dingo, of course, gets hit by Rafi, and is sent flying straight into Sonia's head! This causes her to lose her memory...

Since Sonia can't remember what she was doing, Rafi decides to rescue her and take her to safety.

Sonic and Manic are worried about the fact that Sonia has disappeared, and go to look for her.

Meanwhile, Sonia can't remember anything - even what her medallion is for!

But she still helps Rafi sell the pots his family made.

Since Sonia's can't remember what her medal is for, she sells it to a shopkeeper for food and a small sum of money.

The shopkeeper immediately goes out the back way, and gives the medallion to the SWATbots. (therefore Sleet and Dingo can get it)

Manic and Sonic still can't find Sonia - so they decide to play a song by themselves! (Hopefully the music will bring Sonia out - doesn't work though)

Sonia slips on some grease, and crashes head-first into a wooden pole. Then her memory comes back!

Suddenly, Rafi and Sonia are 'abducted' by one of Robotnik's flying machines!

Sleet realises that Sonic and Manic will probably try the sewer - and puts Dingo on sewer patrol!

Sure enough, Sonic and Manic try getting in through the sewer - but are stopped by Dingo! (they get away though)

Then Sonic and Manic try disguises - they dress up as dancing girls and pretend they were sent by the Sultan.

While Sleet is distracted by Sonic's dancing, Manic goes to the control panel and finds out where the prisoners are held.

Sonia finds the Queen's journal in the sewers, but Rafi gets captured by Sleet!

Suddenly, Sonia meets up with Sonic and Manic, and they all realise that they look disgusting!

Rafi is getting robotosized...

But Sonic's super spin attack breaks down the robotosizer and rescues him!

Robotnik and Bartleby discuss plans for this year's Debutante ball (which is really a trap for Sonia)

Sonia gets an invitation to the Debutante ball, and immediately starts daydreaming about it - ignoring what's going on around her!

Sonic and Manic wonder why she's acting like this - and realise it must have something to do with the paper in her pocket. Sonic reads the invitation and tries to figure out what's going on.

Then they go off to see Cyrus - who has some important information.

He says that Robotnik has created a new battleship, the 'Predator', to capture and robotosize freedom fighters.

Cyrus then shows his new invention - a device that can control the Predator remotely!

Robotnik informs Sleet and Dingo of his plans, and about the 'trap' ball.

Sonic and Sonia get ready to go into action...

But Sonia starts daydreaming again, and is captured by a SWATbot while off guard!

Sonic shows up though, knocks Sleet down a hole, and rescues Sonia!

Sonia then creates a fog with her keyboard, causing the SWATbots to become confused and crash into each other.

Sonia enters the room where the main control device of the 'Predator' is stored, unfortunately Dingo (morphed) is already there waiting!

Sonia gets caught by Dingo!

Meanwhile, Sonic plants the remote control device on the 'Predator'.

And Sonia's Super Twirl saves her from Dingo.

Manic fires his mortar at the buildings, to distract the SWATbots and allow Sonia and Sonic to escape.

Back at Sonic Underground HQ, Sonic tries to ask Sonia what the invitation was all about - but she just bursts into tears!

Sonic goes to see Bartleby (in disguise) to ask about the ball.

Meanwhile, Cyrus has finished his remote control system and asks if Sonia or Manic could be a remote pilot.

Sonic comes back with good news - Sonia can go to the ball! Sonia is so happy she breaks into song!

Sonic tries piloting the craft on a simulator - but crashes the craft with 100% passenger injuries!

Manic then tries his hand at piloting it - but he too crashes the craft with 100% casualties!

Finally, Sonia tries piloting it - she flies and lands the craft perfectly! Sonia's the pilot!

Sonia decides to go to the ball - while Sonic and Manic watch through eye-holes in a painting.

The SWATbots move in on Sonia, but someone (Queen Aleena?) stuns them and throws Sonia something!

Sonia then runs off to do the remote piloting - time is short.

In an attempt to confuse Sleet and Dingo, Manic and Sonic dress up as girls!

After escaping, Sonia opens the object Queen Aleena gave her - inside is a necklace that she wore at her Debutante ball.
