Kagome was just another average teenage girl in present day Japan. On her 15th birthday, she entered
the shrine of the Bone Eater’s Well to find the family cat, Buyo. The seals that covered the well failed to restrain
the powers on the other side and a demon broke through, grabbing Kagome and pulling her inside. Kagome soon found herself
500 years in the past with a demon on her tail and a mysterious jewel inside of her body. She later learns from Kaede that
she is the reincarnation of the priestess Kikyo.Appearance:
Kagome is a doll! She has black hair, brown eyes, and wears her school uniform 99.9% of the time. She
is never without her bicycle and backpack in the feudal era. She is always bringing back food (ramen!), medical supplies,
and other tidbits, such as hair spray and homework to the other side. Since she is the reincarnation of Kikyo, Kagome has
some skill in the use of the bow and arrow. As the story progresses, she becomes more powerful in the use of that weapon,
sometimes at astounding proportions. If you can impress InuYasha, consider that a great compliment.Personality:
For the most part, Kagome is very amiable and understanding. She always strives to see the positive
in everyone she comes across (except for Naraku and his cronies, but that's understandable). She likes to tease InuYasha,
pulling his ears and patting his head as if he was her pet. When Kagome leaves to go home, everyone feels the effects of her
absence (especially InuYasha).Weapons:
Kagome is equipped with a bow and arrow. Sometimes, she finds a use for her modern day supplies to
fight off any enemies. There is also her temper. For InuYasha, her sit command can bring on a world of hurt. WARNING!
Once in a blue moon, she tends to get cranky and even dangerous when InuYasha pushes the right (or
should I say, wrong) buttons. Her sit command is a doozie! As her brother Sota said, watch out when she's moody!

Kagome is from modern Japan and was pulled into the well and landed in feudal Japan. It turns out that
she is the reincarnation of Kikyou and has the Shikon Jewel inside her body. She unsealed Inuyasha and accidentally
shattered the jewel into pieces with her arrow. Now she and Inuyasha have to collect the jewel fragments so evil demons
and humans can't get their hands on them. In the beginning, she didn't like Inuyasha because he was rather rude to her.
Later on, she begins to fall in love with him and is willing to stay with him even though he couldn't forget about Kikyou
