Shannon Cassul
Pacifica's beloved older brother and a swordsman of incredible skill, Shannon Cassul is one of Pacifica's guardians and is dedicated to
ensuring his little sister's survival no matter the cost. Rational, strong
of mind, and able to dominate any opponent who stands in his way, if Shannon has one fault, it would be that he is unsure of himself and the world around him. Shannon struggles with the fact that the world is
so hell-bent on seeing his little sister dead and often finds himself wondering if his mission in life is truly worth all of the misfortune that
tends to befall them.
Since Pacifica doesn't like to see others suffer, often blaming herself for the misfortune of others, Shannon finds himself being restrained in just how far he can go to defend her. He grows even more troubled upon encountering Zefiris, a Dragoon who makes Shannon her D-Knight in
order to gain the power to combat the almost supernatural forces that
join in the drive to bring about the Scrapped Princess' demise. Aside from Pacifica, Shannon has this innate desire to protect others from misfortune, and becomes stubborn and resolute when anyone tries to interfere with that desire. Despite everything, he truly is the big brother-type that just wants to protect his little sister.
